POLICE COURT NEWS.
A brief sitting of the Police Court was presided over .yesterday by Mr. E. <}. Cutten, S.M.
Thomas Kelly and Albert Walton were found having a stand-up fight in Queen Street. They were each lined 10s, with a week in which to pay the money, for this breach of the peace. Convicted of insobriety, three first offenders were each fined ss. For failure to attend drill, two torn torials were convicted and dis;barged. C. E. Lister and R, M. Roberts were each fined 7s costs; while G. Graydon, whoae record of attendances is not of the best was fined £2 and 7s costs.
