ISSUES AT BALLOT.
[BY TBLEGBAPH.— ASSOCIATION.] Westpoiit, Tuesday. It is understood that miners employed at the various collieries on the West Coast will take a ballot on three keues, viz. : (1) To support Blackball men or not; (2) stop work if any company loads Blackball boats ; (3) refer the question to the executive o'f the Federation of Labour. Two Blackball steamers have been despatched loaded and a third is loading today. • • , It is reported that it was the original intention of the Blackball Company to send their steamers to Newcastle, but this order has; been cancelled.
