During the present month a total of 29,564 acres of land will be thrown open for selection in the Dominion. The following areas will be opened in the Auckland province.

For lease by public tender:_ Maunganangero survey district, Block XVI., 17a; minimum annual rental £1 15. Term 5 years. Tokaloka survey district, Block XII., cleared portions of sections 4, 5, and 6, about 350 a; minimum annual rental £25.
