PRINCESS AS PLAINTIFF.
London*, June 27. Princess Vilma Wolff Farlaght, a noted portrait painter, is bringing a suit against James Higgin, an aged millionaire mining man, from whom she claims £5000 as the price for which she agreed to paint his portrait.
