PARTIES SEEKING DIVORCE.
THE CRAIG CASE.
RE-HEARING COMMENCES TO-DAY. Several matters in connection with applications for divorces were considered at the Supreme Court yesterday. . The Craig-divorce suit> in which Thomas J. Craig (Dr. Bamford) is suing for a divorce from -Zillah Aurora Craig (Mr. Prendergast) on the grounds of her alleged misconduct with Mathew Henry Hargrave (Mr. Prendergast), a bank clerk, of Sydney, will be re-heard to-day.
His Honor Mr. Justice Edwards remarked yesterday that he was prepared to take the.case this session, but added that it would have to come on again as quickly as possible. Counsel intimated that Wednesday would suit them, but His Honor insisted upon the case being taken to-day. It is expected that the re-hear-ing will occupy at least two days.
