Five local firms have suffered' through cargo pillaging during 'transit,' In one case, a consignment of felt hats from, Italy was found to be ehorfc by 28 articles, valued at £20. Another firm's loss is;. much heavier, being the contents of a case of furs, imported from Germany, and valued at between £60 and £70.
