The annual fee under the Act will be fixed by registration at an amount not exceeding Ss. * Regulations are to' be mad© prescribing districts or localities within which all sanitary plumbing must be done by registered plumbers. They will not operate until six months after the- regulation, in applied to the respective districts. The Act is concerned only with sanitary plumbing, and will not be in force outside those districts to which it is applied by regulations.
