BOMBS AMONGST TURKS. BIPLANE STRUCK BY BULLETS. (Received March 14,. 12.5 a.m.) . Paris, March 13. Advices state that Sacoff, a Russian aviator, did important work in the taking of Janina. He flew from Nicropolis over the forts, carrying six bombs. The forts fired at the airship with shrapnel. Two bullets struck the biplane, and one pierced the petrol tank. M. Passitch (Servian Premier) has replied that Servia is compelled to assist the . allies without consideration as to what becomes of Scutari. ROUMANIAN DEMANDS. AMBASSADORS TO CONFERS St. Petersburg, March 12., : Roumania and Bulgaria have presented to M. Sazonoff (Russian Minister for Foreign Affairs)' a memorandum dealing with the dispute regarding Roumania's claim for new territory for submission to the Ambassadors' mediation at a conference.
