' The Pall Mall Gazette says that a private code message from Sofia has been received in London stating that after desperate fighting the Bulgarians captured Fort Heitantarla, outside Adrianople, taking 400 prisoners. . The Bulgarians, the message adds, expect to enter Adrianople immediately. ALLIES' PEACE TERMS. SURRENDER OF TERRITORY. ADRIANOPLE AND SCUTARL INDEMNITY DEMANDED. ., : London, March 12.
