TE AROHA ROAD RACE. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN' CORRESPONDENT.] Tk Aroita, 'Monday. The first of a series of road races to Morrinsvilie and back for the cup presented by Messrs. Herbert and J. Maloney, took place on Saturday. The race was to be run three times over the same course, the handicaps arc sealed, so the ultimate winner will not be decided until after the third race. The following are the results for Saturday's evento. Everitt, In 24m 255; T. Grattan, lh 29m 255; H. Foster, lb 62m 335; E. Cox, lh 45m 6s; D. Annan, lh 45m 8s; Morison. lh 32m 255. The date for the next run lias not yet been fixed.
