By Telegraph.—Pre3s Association.— (Recent?. February 22, 5.5 p.m.) Berlin, February 22. A. mad dog bit 20 people in -he streets of Berlin tc-day. The animal was killed by & policeman with a sabre.
Nine of the people who were bitten are rece «ing Pasteur treatmeat.
