AFTER SIGNING THE ARMISTICE. (Received December 5. 11.30 p.m.) Constantinople, December 5. After signing the protocol at Chataldja declaring the armistice the Turkish and Bulgarian delegates, who were deeply moved, shook hands. General Savoff (Ccmmander-in-Chief of the Bulgarian army) congratulated Nazim Pasha (the Turkish Commander-in-Chief) on the heroism of the Turks. Nazim Pasha, in replying, paid a tribute to the Bulgarians* who, he said, were chivalrous foes.
