DAMAGES FOR LIBEL.
By Telegraph Prew Aitodation.'i-Copyrlifht London, December 4. The libel action brought by Baron Graves against the Earl of Galloway has resulted in a verdict of £500 for the plaintiff.
Baron Graves sued the Earl of Galloway for libel for writing to plantiff's son Clarence, suggesting that his father had induced Captain Fyers to invest in a shaky gold mine at Yukon. The evidence of Lord Graves showed that he has invested £50,000 himself in tho mine.
