— PASSENGERS RESCUED. DANGER OF CAPSIZING. By Telegraph.Press —Copyright. Quebec, November 7. The passengers have been rescued from the steamer Royal George, which went aground in a fog in the Gulf of St. Lawrence. The vessel is in only six feet of water, and is in danger of toppling over. The crew is still aboard, and tugs are standing by.
