LATE MIKADO'S DOCTOR.
ASKED TO COMMIT SUICIDE

Toeio, October 12. A petition is being circulated with the object of inducing tho late Mikado's chief physician to commit suicide.
The physician declares that he was not allowed to treat the Emperor properly, and the latter's death was, therefore, not his fault.
