BUCKINGHAM PALACE.
A NEW FRONT.
By Telegraph Pre?» Association.—Copyright. London, October 12. The Queen Victoria Memorial Committee is expending £6000 on a scheme designed by Sir Aaton Webb for a new front for Buckingham Palace.
The design is classical, arid will be carried out in Portland stone. A commencement will be made next summer.
