Mr. Roosevelt, the Progressive Republican candidate for the Presidency, declares that the Republicans in the States of Minnesota, Kansas, South Dakota, Idaho, California and Washington have adopted a plan to capture the Republican organisation for the new Progressive party. The new. organisation will remain within the Republican bodies and endeavour to gain control of their voting strength.
