ARMY OFFICERS ORDER IT TO BE CLOSED. AN UNSIGNED LETTER. By Telegraph.—Fress Association,—Copyright (Received July 26, 10.55 p.m.) Constantinople, July 26. The President of the Chamber of Deputies has received an unsigned letter, demanding, on behalf of the army officers, the closing of the Chamber within 48 hours. The receipt of the letter has produced great disorder. The Government is endeavouring to discover the author of the letter.
