THEATRE PROPRIETOR FINED,
[bv telegraph.— association.] Dannevtrke, Thursday. Tin; manager of the Dannevirke Town Hall Picture Company, Geo. M. .Wright, was to-day fined £2 and costs for promoting a lottery and disposing of real property by means of a ticket. Prizes were given to the holders of tickets in a lucky seat competition, the winner being decided by ballot. '
