The Prime Minister (Mr. Fisher) declarer that the Federal Government -will support Sir John Gordon, chairman of the Sugar Commission, in any action to test the legality of the position adopted by the officials of the Colonial Sugar Company in refusing to attend to give evidence before the Commission.
