"BOMB" FOR MR. WILLIS.
A PRACTICAL JOKE. By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright (Received May 4, 1.5 a.m.) Sydney, May 3. The Speaker of tho New South Wales Legislative Assembly (Mr. Willis) has received through the post a package containing a cartridge, similar to those used in sparklet syphons. A letter accompanying the parcel stated that it contained an explosive bomb.
