J Dakoavillk, Wednesday PEOPLE are now daily arriving to inspect the Omana block, and it is expected that between 500 and 600 will go over the block before the day of the sale. It is considered to be tho finest bit of country ever thrown open in the North, and its settlement means ft great deal to this district. » Twelve miles of new roads are being made, all of which are to be metalled, and the North Auckland railway will run through the centre of Omana. The land is of the best quality, has splendid access, and being sold on very easy terms ft must attract buyers from all parts of the Dominion.
