Albany, the English sculler, took: place £ to-day and was won by Albany. \ . :^: The betting was two to one on Albany, who won the toss and chose the Middlesex side. He was clear of Arnst in half-a-minute, and at Barnes' was eight lengths ahead. He then, slowed down and > won as he pleased by four lengths.
