REMUERA ROAD BOARD.
The Itemuera Eoad Board met last night. Present: Messrs. O. A. Oawkwell (chairman), Bond, and P. Spencer. The Chairman reported having made- arrangements' for securing the. loans tor drainage and water works recently sanctioned by the ratepayers. ;; la connection with the erection of a reservoir on. : Mount Hobson, the Board recently decided to do the work by day labour and call benders for the different materials required. a larare number of tenders were received,, and iLy wero the Works Committee. The ruZJki West Koad Board wrote asking the Board t a deputation to discuss the question o( TamaM obtaining water through the Bemuera Boarded other matters. It was decided to the deputation at nest meeting.
