AUCKLAND SOLICITOR'S CASE.

A special motion that a rule: nisi, granted by the Supreme Court at; Auckland "on August' 23, be made aboslute, and: that John Raphael Lundon be,;struck oft the rolls as a barrister and solicitor, on the ground of alleged professional misconduct, was mentioned in the Court of Appeal today. Mr. C. B. Morrison stated that he; had only received final instructions to appear for Mr. Lundon this morning, and, as Mr. F. Earl had been;/ detained *in Auckland, he asked that the case be postponed until 1 Thursday. Mr. : : T. ! The Court agreed that, subject to Mr. Cotter's consent, the case should' stand down until after, the cases fixed had been disposed of, , unless an - intermediate . date is arranged with other counsel. Mr. Morrison was given leave to mention the case to-morrow,.
