[by .telegraph.—press association.]* ■.-.-'■ Frieding, Monday. The Feilding Beautifying Society is arranging to celebrate to-morrow as Kowhai Day. The native flower, which is now in beautiful bloom, will be used for decorative purposes by tradespeople and the general public.
