DUKE OF CONNAUGHT SAILS.
By Telegraph.— Association.—Copyright (Received October 8, 7 p.m.) Ottawa, October 7. Earl Grey, the Governor-General, has called upon Mr. Borden to form a Government. A London message states that the new Governor-General, the' Duke of Connaught, has sailed for Canada to succeed Earl Grey. , The Duke and Duchess were given a great ovation at Euston station.
