IST TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wanganci, Monday. Me. P. Hally, Conciliation Commissioner, to-day heard disputes affecting the municipal tramway employees and the Wanganui butchers. In each case an arrangement satisfactory to all parties was arrived at, and will be submitted to the Arbitration Court for ratification.
