THE NORTHERN UNION GAME.
AUCKLAND LEAGUE,
The weekly meeting of the Auckland Provincial Rugby League was held last evening. Present: Messrs. 13. Brigham (chairman), J- Graham, T. Anderson, C. Linkhorn, T. N. Mcßeynolds, B. L. Noone, 0. A. Smith, R. Oliphant, and J. G. Jackson. A letter was received from To Kuiti Rugby League iu connection with their boundaries. It was decided to let the boundaries stand as at present. It was decided to grant To Kuiti Rugby League a match with the Auckland League in competition for Mr. Endean's inter-league shield. Twenty players were registered to play under the league's control—l 6 for the City Club and four for the Newton Rangers. A junior player was suspended for using obscene language in last Saturday's match, City Rovers v. Northcote. Ramblers.. The following are the fixtures for nest Saturday: ■ SENIOR GRADE. Ponsonby United v. City. Rovers (at North Shore), reteree Mr. Oliphant. Eden Ramblers v. North Shore Albions (at the Domain, at three o'clock), referee Mr. Harker. ;••"■ SECOND GRADE. Ponsonby United v. City Rovers (at North Shore, at three p.m.), referee Mr. Cunningham. Northcote Ramblers v. North Shore Albions (at Victoria Park, at three p.m.), referee Mr. Moran. THIRD GRADE. Northcote Ramblers v. Eden Ramblers (at the Domain, at two o'clock), referee Mr. Ferguson. City Rovers v. North Shore Albions (at North Shore, at three p.m.), referee Mr. Hopkins.
