BRIDGING THE WAIHOU.
LOAN PROPOSAL CARRIED.
[BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Paeroa, Thursday. A poll was taken at Paeroa to-day on a proposal to iborrow. £2500 for the purpose of erecting a bridge over the Waihou River so as to ' give better means -of communicaWon between Paeroa and Netherton.- The poll resulted in 163 voting for the proposal and 16 against. ■
