Hamilton-, Monday.
The Hamilton Rowing Club held lis trial fours on the river on Saturday afternoon. Four oreivs competed and were divided into two heats. The four strokes were J. Bettley, S. Davis, Lutton, and Barker.. In. the first heat Bettley's crew won from Barker's by three lengths, ami the second befit was won try Button's crew. In tlie final Berttlcy's crew was successful, winning a fa.at race by three lengths, The winning crew was composed of tlx} following:—J. Bettley (stroke), Davey (3), S. Bevo.u (2), J. trough (bow), n.nd A. Bettley (cox) Mr. A. Swarbriek was judge.
