BIG PURCHASE FROM JAPAN.
By Telegraph.— Association.— Copyright. (Received December 30, 10 p.m.) Tokio, December 30. The Government has sold to an Abyssinian agent 60,000 stands of arms and 6,000,000 cartridges captured at Port Arthur during the Russo-Japanese war, and these will shortly be shipped to Jibutil. Britain is anxiously inquiring into the matter.
