LOSS OF A CRUISES.
CAPTAIN'S NEGLIGENCE. By Telegraph— Association.— . London, November 16. A court-martial, at Sheerness found Captain Edward Fitzherbert guilty of negligence in allowing H.M.S. Bedford to be stranded. He was dismissed his ship, the Pembroke, on which he has been serving since the disaster, and was severely reprimanded.
