AMERICA'S BOY SCOUTS.
HELP FROM THE WEALTHY. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— (Received October 4. 11.10 p.m.) London, October 4. General Sir R. S. Baden Powell in the course of an interview at Liverpool, stated that the fact of thera being 40,000 boy scouts in the United States was due to the fact that rich people had financed the movement, making paid-organisers possible.
