DISTRIBUTING HIS MILLIONS. By Telegraph.— Association.—Copyright. (Received October 3, 10 p.m.) London, October 3. Mr. Whitelaw Reid (the American Ambassador), in opening the Luton Library, stated that Mr. Andrew Carnegie had now given £10,187,000 towards municipal libraries, his total benefactions being over £30,000,000.
