MONEY IN FOREIGN CONCERNS By Telegraph.— Association.— (Received October 3, 10 p.m.) London, October 3. The newspaper Economist states that for nine months the British capital issues totalled £216,750,000, of which the United Kingdom's share was £54,800,000, Canada £31,800,000, Australia £7,359,000, and foreign countries £92,500,000, including the United States £38,000,000, Argentina £10,000,000, and Brazil £11,000,000.
