THE ACCESSION OATH.

A meeting of 3000 members of the Church Association, under the chairmanship of Lord Kinnaird, protested against any alteration in the Accession Oath. A METHODIST PROTEST. Adelaide, June 8. The Methodist Conference, has resolved against any alteration in the Coronation Oath which .would relax in «ny degree the safeguards ensuring Protestant succession to the Throne, or permit the oath and declaration to be understood in any other form than their obviously and ordinarily understood meaning.
