At a meeting of representatives of the butter companies of the Manawatu district, it was decided to appoint a committee to fix the selling price of butter each month, and to prevent underselling. The milk supply throughout the district is now falling off, but it has been exceptionally good right through the season. Most of the creameries. in ; the district will continue to run through the winter. Dairy farmers are growing winter feed in increasing quantities, which is having the effect of increasing yearly the supply of milk. ","
