STRUCK OFF THE ROLLS.

— o A SOLICITOR'S LAPSE. [BY TELEGRAPH.— PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Thursday. An application was made to the Court of Appeal to-day for the suspension and the striking off the rolls of Richard Williamson Hall, solicitor, practising at Ohakune, upon the ground of professional misconduct as a solicitor. He had been found guilty of converting a sum of £17 odd to his own use. Restitution of the money had since been made. The Court made an order striking Hall off the rolls, but intimated that if, after two years, ■ he applied for readmission, and if his conduct had been good in the meantime, the Court would consider the application. Meanwhile the Court sanctioned his employment in the office of a solicitor. , Costs, £15 15s, were allowed against Hall.
