CANADIAN PREFERENCE.

, Ottawa, February 21. British Guiana has informed a Royal Commission that the colony would be satisfied with half the Canadian preference if -the Dominion is willing to give the rest to the sugar refiners. -
The colony is prepared to give Canada a preference of 20 per cent.
