CLAIM AGAINST THE BOARD.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMED. The Tyser Line, Limited, notified that the 6.6. Nerehana. while being berthed at the Railway Wharf by the harbourmaster on December 14 struck the wharf with her starboard side abreast the mainmast. The Board would be held liable for any damage. '>■ : . j On the motion of the chairman, it was resolved to disclaim liability. Mr. Heather said the incident emphasised - the need for pushing on the eastern mole.
