TWO ARRESTS MADE.

Rome, December 20. James O'Connor, an Australian, and J. Woods, a Londoner, have been arrested in Rome on a charge of using the confidence trick upon Marcher, a Canadian tourist. The Italian police believe that the prisoners are leaders of a gang which has been recently * working among English and American tourists. / Much money and jewels were found in their possession.
