DREADNOUGHT BUILDING.
By Telegraph.— Association.—Copyright. London, December 20. The Admiralty has accepted the Thames Ironworks Company's tender for a Dreadnought if it provides £80,000 as a guarantee to complete the work in 1912.
The directors are unwilling to give the guarantee.
