Wellington, Friday. In the Divorce Court Mr. Justice Edwards heardi a petition by Catherine Dyer for an order of nullity of her marriage with Alfred Michelli, on the ground that respondent's first wife was still alive. Respondent is at present serving a sentence of five years for embezzlement in Auckland, and was said to have admitted his first wife was still alive. Decision was reserved.
