TIMARU-CHRISTCHURCH RACE. [BY TELEGRAPH.— ASSOCIATION-.] Christchcrch. Wednesday. There is an impression that the inquiry held by the League of Now Zealand Wheelmen was limited to the case of J. Arnst. This is not so, as the scope of the inquiry included the whole of the fastest time prizewinners. J. Arnst was not the only winner against whom allegations were made of having been given illegal pace.
