Chbistchcrch, Wednesday. The question of the amount of time given to sport was referred to in strong terms by some builders at the Federated Builders and Contractors' Conference to-day. One builder stated that on the morning following holidays, the boys lost a great deal of time discussing, football. Mr. Howie, of Invercargill, went further, and said : "We spend too much time in sport in New Zealand, and we are not making men of our boys, but hoodlums." . *
