[BY TELEGRAPH.PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Dunedin, Thursday. At the Supreme Court to-day Frederick Matthews, who was convicted yesterday on charges of breaking and entering and theft, was to-day found guilty on a. charge of receiving stolen property. He was sentenced to three years' imprisonment, and warned that he would be declared an habitual criminal if he came before the.Court again. Michael Coleman was convicted on a charge of assaulting Constable Daubney so as to cause actual bodily harm, and was sentenced to 12 months' imprisonment. Frederick Clias. Lacey was sentenced to four years' imprisonment on a charge of wilfully sotting fir© to. a dwellingliouse.
