BOYCOTT OF GREEK GOODS. By Telegraph.— Association.—Copyright. (Received August 19, 12.20 a.m.) London, August 18. The Powers have notified the Cretan Government that the Greek flag must be removed to-day. The Government has appealed to the people not to obstruct the action of the Powers. (Received August 18, 11.50 p.m.) Constantinople, August 18. A boycott of Greek steamers has begun at Constantinople, and a boycott of Greek goods at Smyrna and some other centres. Ambassadors are anxious regarding the relations between Turkey and Greece.
