PUBLIC TENDERS BOARD.
[by telegraph.—press association.] Wellington, Friday. Cabinet has decided to appoint a Tenders Board to deal with all tenders received for public works. The Board will consist of the Minister for Public Works, the UnderSecretary for Public Works,' the Engineer-in-Chief, the General Manager ,of Railways, and Government Architect, with the Minister as chairman.
