GERMANY'S TAXATION.
CLOSED TOBACCO FACTORIES. By Telegraph.— Association.—

Berlin, August 5. Owing to the expected diminution of tobacco production, the German Finance Bill provides the States with £200,000 for distribution among tobacco workers who have .been thrown out of employment in consequence of the new taxes.
